Port Anne is located on College Creek in the City of Williamsburg, Virginia -- just a short walk from Colonial Williamsburg's historic village and the Golden Horseshoe Golf Course.

When approaching from Interstate 64, Take Exit 242 to Route 199 west towards Williamsburg. You will go through the traffic light at the entrance to Kingsmill.  The next traffic light will be South Henry Street (Route 132). Turn right. Go past College Landing Park on your left.  Take the next left onto William Way, the entrance to the Port Anne Homeowner's Community.
